Mr. Leandar Litov, who is Head of the Atomic Physics Department at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and Head of the Bulgarian team at CERN, told the program participants for the projects of the European Organization for Nuclear Research. He stressed that in CERN work together scientists and engineers from all over the works, and the projects are funded collectively by the Member States. The morning program of the fourth day in the seminar “Leadership, Organization, Communication” started with a module about negotiation skills. Lecturers were Ms. Albena Komitova and Ms. Sevdalina Alexandrova, who are trainers in mediation. In the afternoon Ms. Emilia Zankina from the American University in Bulgaria presented methods for Stakeholder Analysis and Mr. Boris Gurov from the Bulgarian Academy of Science explained basic principles from the Game Theory.
