„We were very shocked by the horrific and violent attacks on the government offices in Oslo and on the youth summer camp in Utoya. This was an unexpected hit over democracy and its values in a peaceful country, like Norway. There is no reason and no cause to justify such act of terrorism”, says the official letter to Her Excellency Tove Skarstein, sent by the Bulgarian School of Politics.
