The third final course under this year’s Regional Program of the BulgarianSchool of Politics will be held 19 – 23 November 2008 in Sofia.

Participants in the program are young political and civic leaders from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. The course will focus on some specific issues of the Western Balkans, the perspectives for the Western Balkans, the politics of regional cooperation in SEE, and how to create news.

The young leaders are also expected to adopt a declaration on issues concerning travel, mobility, and visa requirements between the countries in the region. Within the framework of the course, the participants will be awarded certificates for specialization in political management. The certificates will be awarded by Georgi Pirinski, Chairman of the Bulgarian National Assembly.
