The second course of the National Program “Managing Skills”, dedicated to regional development and local self-government, was opened today at RIU Pravets hotel. The course will end on the 8th December. The syllabus began with the participants’ presentations who had to give suggestions on how will the energy mix in Bulgaria look like in near future. For that reason they were divided into four groups – ruling party, opposition, producers of conventional energy and representatives of alternative energy sources producers. Those group home-works were presented to a special jury with members Galina Alexandrova, who is a journalist with a long-term experience and the executive director of the Energy Institute –Mr. Hristo Hristov.
