The fourth course of the National Programme “Governing Skills”, dedicated to European policies and principles of the good governance in the EU, began today at the Riu Hotel in Pravets. The participants presented their measures for judicial reform. They were divided into four groups; they received profiles of four different parties and had to develop ideas to change the judicial system. The group assignments were evaluated by a special jury, which includes experts from the system and NGOs.
