18 young political and civil leaders from Bulgaria, Tunis and Morocco successfully graduated the Summer Academy for Building Democracy through Cultural Diplomacy.

The certificates, designed in four languages – Bulgarian, Arabic, Amazigh and French were presented by the former Prime-Minister of Bulgaria – Mr. Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.

Earlier during the day, the participants in the program, divided into two groups – ministers of foreign affairs to the EU countries and ministers of inferiors to the countries of the South Mediterranean explained the final product from their work during the Academy. Each group presented their vision on the relations between the EU and the South Mediterranean countries and pointed measures and policies which can support the evolution of those relations. The participants negotiated and agreed on five important points on which the states from both sides of the Mediterranean could work together.
