Civic organizations and Alumni of the Bulgarian school of politics “Dimitry Panitza” can nominate candidates for the National Program for 2016 till 16 August 2015. The main purpose of the program is to educate and inspire future creators and performers of public policies to prepare them with the vision, knowledge and responsibility for the effective management and leadership based on the rule of law, respect for human rights, accountability and open dialogue.
