The third course of the National Program “Governing Skills” dedicated to the national priorities and national decisions started today at RIU Hotel in Pravets. It will last until 7th February. The program began with the participants’ presentations who had to give suggestions on how will the energy mix in Bulgaria look like. They were divided into four groups – ruling party, opposition, producers of conventional energy and representatives of alternative energy sources producers. The group homeworks were presented to a special jury with members the energy experts Mr. Yavor Kuyumdzhiev and Mr. Ivan Hinovski.
The day continued with the topic “The security threats ahead Bulgaria of a new migration wave to Europe – tightening border control or integration policies?” Special guest speakers were Mr. Richard Horowitz, who is a lawyer and a former officer in the Israeli Defense Forces and the journalists Mr. Mohamed Khalaf and Mr. Peter Karaboev.
