The National Program “Governing skills” 2016/2017 was officially opened by the Executive Director of the Bulgarian school of politics “Dimitry Panitza” Dr. Irina Alexieva in RIU Hotel, Pravets.  40 young leaders from the parliamentary represented political parties and civil sector participate in the Program. In her keynote speech Dr. Alexieva highlighted how important it is to overcome the deficit of leadership both in Bulgaria and in the EU. She stressed the importance of leadership to be put on strong moral principles. The day continued with an icebreaker game, an “Expectations and Concerns” session and small group work. The first lecture in the program was delivered by the Chair of the BSoP`s Managing Board Ms. Sasha Bezuhanova. She provided a macro view of the key challenges in the world and also stressed the importance of morality in politics.
