The accent of the third day of the National program was the topic “Conflict management and negitiations”. The lecture “Conflict management” was delivered by Mr. Ivelin Nikolov, who is a psychologist and a lecturer in conflict management. Under the guidance of Ms. Albena Komitova, trainer in mediation and member of the National Association of mediators, the trainees took part in a series of simulations on how to convince the opponent to say “yes”. Earlier in the day program included a panel on teamwork.
