Bulgarian School of Politics “Dimitry Panitza” is organizing a debate between MEPs Georgi Pirinski and Andrey Novakov and students of the American University in Bulgaria for the role and impact of new technologies on the life and work of young people. What are the challenges and opportunities facing Bulgaria and the EU in the context of the development of new technologies and what is their impact on households, businesses and the formation of national and European policy – these are some of the issues that will be discussed during the meeting.
The event will be held on November 25 (Friday) at 13.00 pm in room 103 Balkanski Academic Center, Skaptopara Campus Street, Svoboda Bachvarova 12 of the American University in Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad.
The debate is part of the project “Europe & I”, whose goal is to provoke interest and commitment of young Bulgarians to the work of the European Parliament and the opportunities for their development within the European Union.
During the project debates in two more leading universities will be conducted, there will be an online photo competition, exhibition and discussion forum by the end of June 2017.
