The third course of the National program “Governing skills” started with a panel related with child justice. Lecturers in the panel were Ms. Albena Boteva, who is a judge at the Sofia Regional Court, Mr. Ivan Georgiev, who is an expert on child justice, and Mr. Lyuben Georgiev, who is a chair of the board of the “Re act” association. The lecturers discussed with the participants the problems of the child justice, and the philosophy of the project of the new low.
